Improvements to the Procedures section of the Secretary's Office

These improvements form part of the process to simplify and customize the Secretary's Office.

These improvements form part of the process to simplify and customize the Secretary's Office.

This week has seen a new design introduced to make it is easier to see the information. An icon has also been added to show whether a procedure is currently available or not.

This is just the first of a series of improvements to be made. The section will soon also have a filter to make searching for procedures easier. Users will be able to filter for procedures that are available or linked to specific types of programmes (bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, postgraduate courses), etc.

The Secretary’s Office is the most visited part of the Campus

Data on use of the Secretary’s Office, which is now made up of some 7,457 pages, in 2015 highlight its size and importance.

  • 2,175,165 users browsed the Secretary’s Office for an average of 5 minutes and 27 seconds.
  • There were 16,818,956 user sessions.
  • 8.4% of these sessions were from a mobile device.
  • There were 57,925,705 page views.
