The job bank will be offline while we make improvements to its features

27   June   2017

These improvements will allow us to add more features.

These improvements will allow us to add more features.

The job bank will be back online again from 24 July. While the service is unavailable, selection processes for offers you have applied for will continue as normal.

The job bank has been on offer to the University's students and graduates since 2012. Over these years, more than 1,800 companies and organizations have published job offers and over 11,000 candidates have applied for selection processes.

Now the time has come to introduce improvements to the platform and services to offer wider-ranging support to all those people who are looking for work or who want to advance in their career.

These improvements will allow us to add the following features:

  • Professional advice services
  • Access to job offers (from the job bank and from metasearch engines)
  • Access to resources for professional development

The new platform improves how processes are managed and provides users with a dashboard with:

  • Current processes and offers, and their status
  • The latest notes from advisors
  • Direct access to the group of advisors
  • Access to all the CVs and covering letters
  • Filters for the different process statuses
  • Offer search engine
  • The choice to see action plans as tables or graphs
  • Reminders for important tasks
  • A videoconferencing room and instant messaging service

If you want to benefit from the professional guidance service, visit Services > Professional development or Alumni.
