The Help Service will answer your queries quickly and effectively via various channels.

How can we help you?

There are two ways to submit a query to the Help Service:

  • You can tweet it to us at @UOCrespon.
  • You can check our FAQ and, if you do not find the answer to your question there, submit it using the specific query form.

Additionally, you can check the status of your queries at any time using the My queries link.

Our pledges

We aim to provide fast, effective, high-quality, personalized answers to your queries. To this end, we pledge:

  • To answer all your queries as quickly as possible.
  • To offer you a satisfaction survey to assess our performance and help us improve the service.
  • To publish the survey results and our average response times each semester.
