- To assess and monitor the services offered by the UOC using statistics and satisfaction surveys.

Recipients: The UOC, in order to adequately provide teaching-related and other academic services linked to enrolment and to registration on the Virtual Campus, needs to process and register users for Google's G Suite For Education apps and tools. Likewise, the UOC uses the Amazon Rekognition service for tasks linked to identifying you and verifying your identity. Amazon Rekognition forms part of Amazon Web Services (AWS). You can find the terms of the service's data processing here: https://d1.awsstatic.com/legal/aws-gdpr/AWS_GDPR_DPA.pdf.
The UOC's Virtual Campus uses Canvas, owned by Infrastructure, Inc., and Blackboard Learn, owned by Blackboard Inc. International data transfers are covered by the appropriate legal guarantees. You can find the terms of the services' data processing here: Canvas and Blackboard.
No data to be transferred to other third parties, unless required by law.
Rights: At any time, you can withdraw your consent, and exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, challenge, restrict or transfer data held by the UOC or not be subject to automated individual decision making, including profiling. To do so, email fuoc_pd@uoc.edu and attach a photocopy of a legally valid identity document.
