New regional network workshops and lectures
During the coming semester, the regional network is to continue offering workshops and talks. Highlights among the activities on offer to UOC students include the new workshops on digital identity, free and open-source software, and professional positioning on the web.
Last semester, the regional network held numerous talks, conferences and round tables. Highlights included the series entitled East Asia: So Faraway, So Close, with lectures on the West’s fascination with Asia, Chinese medicine or Japanese art; or the guided walks of the Xinateca or the Fondo neighbourhood of Santa Coloma de Gramanet.
Another highlight was the Innosfera series that brought together professionals working in the field of innovation; or the Discover… Your Digital Identity series that offered workshops on how to use tools linked to digital identity. There was also the E-nglish series of activities organised to improve students’ oral expression and comprehension in English in a relaxed and stimulating setting.
