New representatives for the Campus Commission

The definitive results from the elections for the University’s Campus Commission were published last November. The Campus Commission is the highest ranking body representing the interests of the students, faculty and management staff at the University.

The Campus Commission is made up of the President (who can delegate her role as Chair to a Vice President), eleven students chosen from the representatives on each of the departmental commissions, twelve representatives from the faculty (2 from each departmental group), three representatives for the management staff and a secretary.

According to the UOC’s Organisational and Operational Regulations, the Campus Commission is in charge of informing on academic programming, internal regulations, and regulations governing participation and elections, assessing the institution’s operations and making the university community’s opinions and proposals known.
