The University unveils a new portal in French

The UOC’s new portal in French was inaugurated this past spring. With this step, the UOC advances towards internationalization and provides its services to the French-speaking world.

The aim of this new portal is to open up the University to the French-speaking linguistic domain and lay the groundwork to expand the offer of studies in French in the future (currently the UOC offers a master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies).

The portal explains the UOC from an international focus: from its educational model to the academic networks it belongs to, and covering its research institutes, organization and educational offer. It includes video capsules designed to help understand the UOC and how to study here, as well as links to the main University websites.

The UOC is co-founder of EOMED, the Open Digital Space for the Mediterranean, an initiative of the French government and a group of North African institutions whose aspiration is to gradually build an educational space open to the entire Mediterranean region.
