The Catalan government accredits the UOC School of Languages certificates

Students passing UOC School of Languages courses will, from now on, be awarded certificates accredited by the Catalan government at the same level as the Official School of Languages.

In the case of English and French, the certificates that have been approved and validated by the Catalan government are the A1, A2, B1 and B2-level certificates. In turn, the certificates validated for Catalan, Chinese, German, Japanese and Spanish are A1 and, in some cases, A2; and the courses offered are to be increased progressively.

With the aim of aiding national and international benchmarking of its foreign language certificates, the School of Languages has adapted all of its courses to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which sets the oral and written expression and comprehension skills required for each level. Thus, School of Languages students can accredit their skills to any university or company around the world.
